1. Introduction
Welcome to the Payless Zero Transaction Fee Campaign (the "Campaign"). By participating in this Campaign, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Campaign Period
The Campaign begins on 20th June 2024 and will continue indefinitely until terminated by Payless.

3. Eligibility
3.1. This Campaign is open to all Payless customers aged 18-24 years who have completed full account verification.
3.2. New customers who register and complete full account verification during the Campaign period will become eligible for the benefits within 1 hours from the time of verification.

4. Promotional Benefits
4.1. Zero transaction fees will be applied to the following services:

• Payless to Payless transfers

• Payless to M-PESA transfers

• Payless Send to Bank transfers

  
  

4.2. The zero transaction fee benefit is only applicable to transactions made through the Payless app.

5. Verification Requirements
5.1. To qualify for the Campaign, participants must:

• Have a verified Payless account with a valid phone number.

• Complete the ID verification process including uploading a valid ID and a selfie.

• Inclusion to the Campaign for new Customers will be in 12 hours after onboarding.

6. Conditions of Use
6.1. The zero transaction fee benefit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
6.2. Payless reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
6.3. In the event of any dispute regarding the Campaign, the decision of Payless shall be final and binding.

7. General Terms
7.1. Payless is not responsible for any technical issues, including network or system failures, which may affect the participation or processing of transactions during the Campaign.
7.2. By participating in this Campaign, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as the general terms of use of the Payless app.

8. Privacy
8.1. Any personal data provided in connection with the Campaign will be processed in accordance with the Payless Privacy Policy
