Payless Africa Usage Campaign “#Team 100”  - Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Description

1.1 Payless Africa is launching a campaign to reward customers for using the Payless platform. Customers who complete 5 or more transactions within a day, including at least one "Add Money" transaction, will receive 100MB of free data.

2. Eligibility

2.1 This promotion is open to all Payless Africa customers with active and verified accounts.

2.2 Customers must have successfully completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process as required by Payless Africa and relevant regulations.

3. Campaign Period

3.1 The campaign will run until the 31st of October 2024.  Payless Africa reserves the right to modify the campaign period at its discretion, with any changes communicated through official channels.

4. How to Participate

4.1 Customers automatically participate in the campaign by fulfilling the following criteria within a single day:

*   Complete at least five (5) transactions using their Payless Africa account.

*   One of the five (5) transactions must be an "Add Money" transaction of KES 100 or more to their Payless Wallet.

*   All other transactions must also be valued at KES 100 or more to qualify.

5. Qualifying Transactions

5.1 The following transactions are eligible for the promotion:

*   Add Money to Payless Wallet (minimum KES 100)

*   Peer-to-peer (P2P) transfers (minimum KES 100)

*   Bill payments (minimum KES 100)

*   Merchant payments (minimum KES 100)

*   Airtime purchases (minimum KES 100)

*   Any other transaction facilitated through the Payless Africa platform (minimum KES 100)

6. Reward

6.1 Eligible customers will receive 100MB of free data credited to their mobile phone number registered with their Payless Africa account.

7. Reward Fulfillment

7.1 The 100MB of free data will be automatically credited to the customer's registered mobile number within 48 hours of completing the qualifying transactions.

8. Limitations

8.1 Each customer can earn and receive the 100MB data reward only once per day during the campaign period.

8.2 Transactions performed outside the campaign period will not be counted towards the promotion.

8.3 Transactions below KES 100 in value will not be considered qualifying transactions.

8.4 Reversed, refunded, or canceled transactions will not count towards the five (5) required transactions.

9. Data Usage

9.1 The awarded 100MB of free data is valid for 30 days from the date of activation.

9.2 Data usage is subject to the terms and conditions of the customer's respective mobile network provider, including any fair usage policies or limitations.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 Payless Africa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

10.2 Payless Africa's decision on all matters relating to the campaign is final and binding.

10.3 This promotion is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

10.4 Payless Africa is not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may prevent customers from participating in the campaign or receiving the reward.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya.
