#SHARECASH PROMOTION – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility
Open to individuals aged 18 years and above.
Participants must have a valid, registered and fully verified #Payless account.
Referred users must be new customers who have never previously registered on #Payless.
2. How #ShareCash Works
Each user is assigned a unique #ShareCash ID.
A new user must:
Download the #Payless App
Register using a valid #ShareCash ID
Complete KYC verification
Add a minimum of KES 100 into their #Payless wallet
Only upon successful completion of all the above steps will the referral qualify for rewards.
3. Referral Reward (KES 50)
The referrer will receive KES 50 for each successful referral.
The reward will only be credited after the referred user:
Completes registration and verification
Funds their wallet with at least KES 100
#Payless reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse rewards pending verification.
4. 10% Transaction Fee Earnings
Referrers will earn 10% of the transaction fees generated by their successfully referred users.
The 10% applies only to transaction fees collected by #Payless.
Earnings will be calculated based on completed and valid transactions.
Reversed, refunded, or failed transactions will not qualify.
5. No Guaranteed Income
Earnings depend on successful referrals and transaction activity.
The “Become a Millionaire” messaging is aspirational marketing and does not guarantee any specific level of income.
6. Fraud & Abuse
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, or artificial transactions are strictly prohibited.
#Payless reserves the right to:
Withhold or reverse rewards
Suspend or terminate accounts
Disqualify participants from #ShareCash
7. Earning Limits
#Payless may impose daily, weekly, monthly, or lifetime earning caps at its discretion.
Reward structures may be modified at any time without prior notice.
8. Modification & Termination
#Payless reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate #ShareCash at any time.
All decisions by #Payless are final.
