Payless Africa Solutions Ltd Referral Program Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Payless Africa Solutions Ltd Referral Program (the "Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2. Payless Africa Solutions Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any aspect thereof at any time, with or without notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Payless Africa Solutions Ltd website or app. Your continued participation in the Program after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1. To participate in the Program, you must:
Be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
Have an active and verified Payless Africa Solutions Ltd account in good standing.
Not be an employee, contractor, or agent of Payless Africa Solutions Ltd or its affiliates.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.2. Payless Africa Solutions Ltd reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether you are eligible to participate in the Program.
3. Referral Process
3.1. Refer a Friend:
You will be provided with a unique referral link or code that you can share with friends and family who are not yet Payless Africa Solutions Ltd users.
You may share your referral link or code through any legitimate channels, including social media, email, or word-of-mouth.
You may not use spam, false advertising, or other unethical methods to promote your referral link or code.
3.2. Sign Up:
Your referred friend ("Referee") must click on your referral link or enter your referral Details during the sign-up process on the Payless Africa Solutions Ltd app.
The Referee must complete the registration process, including providing accurate and complete information and verifying their identity and wallet through our Partner JamboPay.
The Referee must not have previously registered for a Payless Africa Solutions Ltd account.
3.3. Reward:
Once the Referee completes the registration and wallet verification process, and meets any additional qualifying criteria set by Payless Africa Solutions Ltd, you will receive a reward of amount "X" loaded into your Payless Wallet.
The reward amount "X" and any qualifying criteria will be communicated to you through the Payless Africa Solutions Ltd app or website.
4. Referral Rewards
4.1. Reward Eligibility:
You are only eligible to receive a reward for Referees who successfully complete the registration and wallet verification process and meet any additional qualifying criteria.
You are not eligible to receive a reward for referring yourself or creating multiple accounts.
Payless Africa Solutions Ltd reserves the right to investigate and disqualify any referrals or rewards that it believes are fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
4.2. Reward Payment:
Rewards will be paid in the form of Payless Africa Solutions Ltd wallet credit.
Rewards are typically paid within a reasonable time after the Referee meets the qualifying criteria, but Payless Africa Solutions Ltd does not guarantee any specific timeframe for payment.
Rewards are subject to any applicable taxes or fees.
4.3. Reward Limitations:
Payless Africa Solutions Ltd reserves the right to limit the number of referrals you can make or the number of rewards you can earn.
Payless Africa Solutions Ltd may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the reward structure or any aspect thereof at any time, with or without notice.
5. Prohibited Conduct
5.1. You may not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:
Spamming or sending unsolicited messages to promote your referral link or code.
Misrepresenting the Program or making false or misleading claims about Payless Africa Solutions Ltd or its services.
Using any automated systems or bots to generate referrals.
Engaging in any other activity that Payless Africa Solutions Ltd deems to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the Program or its users.
5.2. Payless Africa Solutions Ltd reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including but not limited to suspending or terminating your account and withholding or revoking any rewards, if it suspects that you have engaged in any prohibited conduct.
6. Termination
6.1. Payless Africa Solutions Ltd may terminate the Program or your participation in the Program at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
6.2. Upon termination of the Program or your participation therein, you will no longer be eligible to earn rewards for any referrals.
6.3. Payless Africa Solutions Ltd reserves the right to withhold or revoke any pending or unpaid rewards upon termination of the Program or your participation therein.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
7.1. The Program is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7.2. Payless Africa Solutions Ltd does not warrant that the Program will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payless Africa Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your participation in the Program.
Any termination or suspension of the Program or your participation therein.
Any errors or omissions in the Program or any rewards earned or redeemed.
Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
Any other matter relating to the Program.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Payless Africa Solutions Ltd and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to:
Your participation in the Program.
Your breach of these Terms.
Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Any claims by any third party relating to your referrals or rewards.
