Payless Africa Customer Service Week Promotion - Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion

To celebrate Customer Service Week, Payless Africa is offering 100MB of free data to customers who complete 5 transactions of KES 100 or more within the promotional period, with one of those transactions being "Add Money" to their Payless Wallet.

2. Eligibility

This promotion is open to all Payless Africa customers with active accounts.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion runs for the duration of Customer Service Week, from October 7th, 2024 to October 11th, 2024.

4. How to Participate

Customers automatically participate in the promotion by fulfilling the following transaction requirements within the promotion period:

• Complete a minimum of 5 transactions using their Payless Africa account.

• Each transaction must be of a minimum value of KES 100.

• One of the 5 transactions must be an "Add Money" transaction to their Payless Wallet.

5. Qualifying Transactions

The following transactions qualify for the promotion:

• Add Money to Payless Wallet

• Peer-to-peer (P2P) transfers

• Bill payments

• Merchant payments

• Airtime purchases

• Any other transaction facilitated through the Payless Africa platform

6. Limitations

• The free 100MB data reward can be earned a maximum of 5 times per customer during the promotion period.

• Transactions performed outside the promotion period (October 7th - 11th, 2024) do not qualify for the promotion.

• Transactions below KES 100 do not qualify for this promotion.

7. Reward

Eligible customers will receive 100MB of free data credited to their mobile phone number registered with their Payless Africa account.

8. Reward Fulfillment

The free data will be credited to the customer's account within 2 hours of completing the 5 qualifying transactions.

9. Disclaimers

• Payless Africa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Payless Africa's decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final and binding.

• This promotion is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

• Payless Africa is not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may prevent customers from participating in the promotion.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya.
